Yes, change all the pages your members see however you like. You can update each page's HTML and CSS code to match the rest of your site, and add as many fields as you need to the default registration forms.
Does Frontdesk work with Authorize.Net?
Yes, your customers can sign up for membership and submit payment on your site, all on one page.
Can I password protect individual web pages?
Yes, you use Frontdesk to protect directories and individual web pages.
Can members choose their own username and password?
Yes, they can make up their own username and password when they sign up.
Can I manage clients with Frontdesk?
Yes, if you're an advanced user, Frontdesk can help you manage clients too. Create a private page or folder for each client and Frontdesk can redirect them to it each time they sign in.
Can I add a login form to my home page?
Yes, you can add a login form to your home page or use Frontdesk's stand-alone sign-in page.
Does Frontdesk work with PayPal subscription payments?
Yes, Frontdesk handles PayPal recurring subscriptions. Also, when a customer cancels their subscription, Frontdesk uses PayPal's Instant Payment Notification (IPN) feature to instantly deactivate their members account when it reaches the end of its term.
Can I manage multiple groups of users?
Yes, with Frontdesk's custom fields, you can set up your registration forms and payment buttons to separate members into different groups when they sign up. Each group can then be allowed access to its own sets of protected pages.
Can I import my current members into Frontdesk?
Since other member management systems use different database formats, we'll need to reformat your current members data and import it for you. Let us know the details and we'll let you know how long it'll take and if payment is necessary.
What do I need to run Frontdesk?
Frontdesk runs on any Apache/Linux server with PHP and MySQL installed. Most websites are hosted on servers like these.
